- 4 ripe quinces
- 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 glass natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp light honey
- Wash the quince, cut in half and core with seeds. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Put the quince on a baking sheet, add sugar in the middle of each half and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove the quince from the oven, cool and cut into slices.
- Place the quince slices on a large flat plate, pour over with yogurt and honey, let it brew a little before serving.
