Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° C fan oven and / or grill.
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potato. Then mix in a bowl with oil, some garlic powder, salt and pepper. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the sweet potato slices and salmon on top with the skin facing up. Sprinkle the salmon with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper, but do not use any more oil.
  3. Leave in the oven for at least 15 minutes, then everything should be done. If you like the skin and sweet potatoes crispier, you can leave them inside for about 10 - 15 minutes longer, after which the salmon could get too dry, but of course it also depends on the oven!
  4. This mixture is great for me because the preparation time and the cooking time are very quick, so you can do it quickly after work, even if you are very hungry. On top of that, it`s also healthy. In my opinion, the spiciness of the garlic powder complements the sweet potato ideally and also goes well with the fish.
  5. If necessary, you can add a nice salad to the dish.
