  • 120 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin and pat dry. Place in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, pepper, and minced garlic cloves.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours until the pork reaches 63 °C (145 °F) internally.
