  • 120 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin and place in the slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients and spread over them.
  2. Let the slow cooker work for you on a low setting for 6 - 7 hours and you have a wonderfully tender piece of meat for dinner that melts on your tongue.
