- 8 tablespoon curry ketchup
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 tablespoon curry powder
- 0.25 liter ¼ cream
- 100 g cheese, for sprinklin
- salt
- pepper

- Bake the chicken breast fillets in the oven or fry them in the pan.
- Mix the cream with the curry powder, ketchup, 2 mashed bananas and the finely diced garlic clove and bring to the boil briefly, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken into pieces, mix everything together and place in a baking dish. Scatter cheese on top, cut the banana into slices and spread on the cheese. If you like, you can also sprinkle roasted sunflower seeds on top
- Bake at 180 ° for about 20 minutes.
