- 1 large banana (s)
- 100 g cherry (s), fresh
- 100 g quark
- 100 g yourt (1.5%)
- 2 tablespoon juice (fruit juice)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond (s), sliced

- Peel and slice the banana. Core and halve cherries if necessary. Mix the quark, yoghurt, fruit juice and season with salt and sugar. Fold in the fruit and let it steep for 10 minutes. Garnish with the almonds and serve.
- Also tastes good with other fruits.
