Ingredients

  • 500 g puff pastry
  • Melt butter
  • 2 banana (s), ripe, sweet
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 0.25 ¼ lime (s), juice only
  • 200 g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Cinnamon, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut 8 squares 10 by 10 cm and brush with the melted butter.
  2. Peel and dice the bananas. Put in a bowl and mix immediately with the lime juice mixed with the sugar. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Place the mixture on the individual dough squares (in one corner each). Then cover with the opposite corner, creating small triangular pockets that completely envelop the mixture. Press the edges of the dough together well.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking tray and dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bags until golden brown for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
