  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 2 banana (s), very ripe

Instructions

  1. Finely mash the bananas (they should really be very ripe, otherwise the quark won`t get enough sweetness!) With a fork, then stir in the yoghurt and quark. If it isn`t creamy enough, just add yogurt. This is my variant of a banana quark that does not need any additional sweetening and thus stays healthy!
