Ingredients

  • 500 g liver (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon curry
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 apple
  • liter ⅛ broth
  • 150 g sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Cut the liver into bite-sized strips and fry. Add the spices and deglaze with the broth. Core the apple and cut into eighths and add to the pan. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Cut the banana into slices and add at the end, possibly thicken the sauce with flour.
  2. Serve with rice.
