Ingredients

  • 175 g biscuit (s) (whole rain butter biscuits), crushed
  • 40 g hazelnuts, round, roasted
  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 320 g sour cream
  • 5 banana (s), ripe, mashed (about pieces)
  • 50 grams flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round, roasted
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoon flavor (vanilla flavor)

For decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • 16 chips (banana chips)

Instructions

  1. Make a batter for the base from cookie crumbs, nuts and butter. Press on in a size 26 mold and chill it.
  2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, bananas, flour and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the eggs one by one, then mix in the nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and flavor.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared form and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 45 - 55 minutes. Let the cake cool for 2 hours and chill for at least 6 hours. Now the cheesecake can be decorated with the banana chips.
