Banana Bread with Nuts

Today we are preparing a very simple and aromatic banana cake, or, as it is also called, “banana bread”. The cake is delicious, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Servings: 5
Ingredients
- Overripe bananas – 3 pcs.
- Egg CO – 1 pc.
- Butter – 75 g
- Sugar – 130 g (to taste)
- Flour – 190 g
- Vanillin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon. with top
- Walnuts – 1/3 cup
- Chocolate (optional) – to taste
Directions
- Mash bananas with a fork. Mix with melted butter and salt. Mix. Add vanillin, egg, sugar (the amount of sugar can be reduced depending on the ripeness of the bananas). Mix.
- Sift flour, mix with baking powder. Add flour to liquid ingredients and mix dough.
- Add finely chopped roasted walnuts to the dough. Add chocolate (optional). Pour the dough into a greased rectangular dish (the bottom is covered with parchment).
- Bake the banana cake in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
