Cheesecakes Cubes with Banana Filling

Cheesecakes-cubes with banana filling – an original breakfast that will not leave anyone indifferent. The unusual shape is not the only surprise, because inside there is also a juicy banana, which makes these cubic cheese pancakes moderately sweet, aromatic and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5-9% – 200 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 3 tbsp + for tanning
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 2 tbsp,
  • Honey for serving (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Put cottage cheese in a bowl and beat in an egg. Mix thoroughly and grind with a fork, kneading the curd lumps. Sift flour into a bowl of cottage cheese. We mix.
  2. Peel the banana and cut into small circles. Roll a ball out of the curd dough and put it on a board dusted with flour. Flatten the ball into a cake with your fingers. Put a slice of banana in the center of the cake.
  3. We collect the edges of the cake to the center and form a cube-shaped cheesecake. If the dough is too sticky, dust your hands with flour. In the same way we form the rest of the stuffed curd cakes. I got 7 cheesecakes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry curd cakes with banana filling over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The banana cheesecakes are ready. If desired, pour honey crumbs with honey when serving.
