Jar with Banana Filling

Traditionally, juices are made with cottage cheese, but I wanted to diversify the taste a little and I decided to add banana to the filling. Baking with bananas is extraordinary, it turned out very tasty!
Ingredients
- For the test:
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 0.5 cups
- Sour cream – 4 tablespoons
- Butter – 100 g
- Flour – 2.5 cups
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
- For filling:
- Bananas – 2 large
- Sour cream
- Flour – 2.5 tablespoons
- Starch – 1 tablespoon
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin
Directions
- Remove the oil from the refrigerator, it should be at room temperature. Beat the egg with sugar until thick foam. Add sour cream, stir. Mash and add butter, stir or whisk as you like. Then add baking soda and flour
- The dough will be elastic.
- Make the filling. To do this, knead the banana, add sour cream, vanillin, sugar, starch, flour, mix everything.
- Roll out the dough, cut out circles. Put the filling on one side with a tablespoon, “cover” the filling with the other half of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
