Ingredients
For the brew:
- 2 ½ liters water
- 0.5 liter ½ vinegar, 5% acid
- 250 grams sugar
- 50 g salt

- Slice the cucumbers.
- For the brew, bring all the ingredients to the boil.
- Add the sliced cucumber to the stock, cook briefly until the slices are translucent, then fill everything into prepared screw-top jars and close immediately.
- The amount makes about 15 glasses of 350 ml each.
- The cucumbers taste delicious as a salad, e.g. mixed with potatoes or on their own as a snack.
