Toast with Banana Cheese Filling

A very original breakfast option – toast with banana cheese filling and cinnamon! Don’t be intimidated by the combination of bananas and cheese, the toasts are delicious! The cheese melts, as if combining with the banana puree, as a result, the filling acquires a creamy consistency. Very unusual, try it!

Directions

Peel the banana, grate the pulp on a coarse grater.
Cut the hard cheese into thin slices. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove to heat it up.
Place six slices of toast on board.
Brush three of them generously with banana puree, spreading it over the entire surface of the bread slices.
Place the cheese slices on a banana layer.
Cover the stuffed bread slices with empty bread slices.
Combine egg, milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix well.
Dip the toast in the egg mixture on both sides.
And immediately put in a skillet with heated sunflower oil.
Toast on both sides until golden brown over medium-low heat.
In this way, toast the rest of the toast.
