- Toast the toast slices in the toaster.
- Meanwhile, cut the goat cheese into slices. I always use the goat roll, which is more like a camembert. You can also use cream cheese.
- Immediately cover / brush the warm toast with the cheese and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with the herbs. I still place the toasts on the toaster`s bun attachment and heat them up again so that the honey and cheese and herbs melt into a melting composition. Enjoy immediately.
