Banana Pudding with Cookies

Banana Pudding with Biscuits is a great dessert, delicious, easy to make, and quite affordable. Also not very greasy. It is perfect for adults and children.

Ingredients
- Banana – 1-2 Pieces
- Milk – 400 Milliliters
- Chicken egg yolks – 2 Pieces
- Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
- Corn starch – 3 tbsp (no slide)
- Cookies – 70 Grams
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for making dessert.
- Cook the pudding. Pour milk into a saucepan and place on the stove.
- Place the yolks in a bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla sugar, stir.
- Spoon out the cornstarch and mix well again to avoid clumping. You can pour 3-4 tablespoons of cold milk.
- When the milk starts to boil in a saucepan, pour in the prepared mixture of yolks, sugar and starch. While stirring constantly, bring the pudding to thicken. Cool well afterwards.
- Collect dessert. Grind the cookies and place in the first layer on the bottom of the glass.
- Place a few spoons of pudding on top of the cookies.
- Peel the banana and cut into circles. Lay out the next layer. Repeat all layers again.
- The last layer should be pudding. Decorate the top of the dessert to taste. It can be chopped chocolate, cookies, cocoa powder. Then serve dessert to the table
