Ingredients
- 60 ml soy drink, natural
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 270 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 115 g mararine
- 115 g peanut butter, creamy
- 170 grams sugar
- 170 g suar, brown
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
- 2 large bananas, ripe, mashed
- 200 g chocolate, dark, rouhly chopped
- 122 g walnuts, chopped

- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Mix the soy drink with the apple cider vinegar and set aside. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt). Beat the margarine with the sugar, vanilla pulp and peanut butter until creamy. Add the mashed bananas and stir in well. Gradually pour in the flour mixture as well as the vegan buttermilk (soy-apple cider vinegar mixture). Now fold in the chocolate and walnut pieces.
- Place small heaps on the baking tray with a tablespoon and bake for about 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
