Ingredients
- 1 egg (s), including the yolk
- 400 g suar

- Mix 200 g sugar, 5 yolks, oil, water and cocoa until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the batter, finally adding the whites of the 5 eggs. Spread everything on the baking sheet and bake slowly at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
- Then remove the peel from the bananas, cut them into slices and place them close together on the sheet cake.
- The creme:
- Prepare the vanilla pudding with 3/8 l milk, allow to cool. Mix 250 g butter, 200 g sugar, 1 yolk, 4 tablespoon rum until foamy and slowly stir in the cold pudding.
- Spread the cream over the bananas.
- Finally, prepare the chocolate icing according to the instructions and spread it over the cream.
- Tip: Instead of the vanilla pudding, you can also use a packet of paradise cream with whipped cream instead of milk. This hardens better than the vanilla pudding
