Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 220 g suar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 m. Banana (s), mashed
- 125 g butter, melted
- 2 egg (s), lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (extract)
- 1 cup chocolate (chocolate chips)
- powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl
- In another bowl, mix the bananas, best chopped up with a hand blender, eggs, butter, vanilla extract and the chocolate chips with a hand mixer.
- Then add the dry ingredients and work everything into a smooth dough.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar right away and best serve warm. But also tastes very good cold.
