Instructions

Put the flour in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water and add to the flour with the margarine. Mash the bananas and mix with the honey. Add this mixture and the orange juice to the bowl. Knead everything into a soft dough and let it rise in a warm place for an hour. Then knead the dough briefly, then pour it into a greased loaf pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the bread at 220 ° (convection) for about 30 minutes. If you want, you can brush the bread with milk before baking.
