Orange Banana Muffin

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Orange juice – 250 ml
  • Butter – 250 g
  • or margarine – 250 g
  • Soda, slaked with vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Banana – 2 pcs.
  • Raisins (optional) – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Beat eggs with sugar until white.
  2. Then add orange juice, baking soda and beat very well again. Add butter. Beat. Add flour in small portions. Mix everything well. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
  3. Peel and slice bananas.
  4. Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough in portions, adding the chopped banana. So lay out all the dough and bananas.
  5. Place the dough pan in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake orange muffin at 160 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
  6. Orange muffin with banana is ready. Let it cool and chop. You can serve.
