- 1 tablespoon erythritol (sugar substitute), alternatively xylitol
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- possibly herbs as required

- Roll the lemon vigorously (this breaks the cell structure and more juice comes out), squeeze out and mix with the remaining ingredients. Use the herbs as needed, I prefer it without.
