Ingredients

  • 500 g beans (cut beans)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g noodles (potato noodles)
  • 1 stalk thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans and cut diagonally into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. While beans cook, clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Cut the Cabanossi into slices. Cut the onion into wedges.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the Cabanossi and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the beans, mushrooms, spring onions, potato noodles, and onions. Stir well and fry over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. About 1 minute before cooking is done, pluck the thyme leaves from the stalk and add to the pan.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
