Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cup cream, approx. 100 g
- 3 tablespoon yogurt, more Greek
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic
- 2 small onion (s), red
- 10 small vine tomato (s)
- 3 tablespoon parsley, smooth, fresh or frozen
- 0.5 ½ package feta cheese, approx. 100 g
- 6 slices bacon, smoked
- 500 g beans, reen
- salt and pepper

- Boil the beans in boiling water and rinse. Let cool down.
- Mix the cream and yoghurt with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Beat lightly with the whisk until frothy.
- Lightly sweat the bacon, onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil.
- Cut the feta and tomatoes into pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let it steep for about an hour before serving.
- The salad is suitable as a side dish for grilling, fish fillet or smoked turkey.
