  • 750 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 40 g butter or mararine
  • 40 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the pan, add the flour and egg and stir quickly with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Add milk and nutmeg and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt. Finished 🙂
