Beef Stew with Gravy

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 Kilogram (pulp)
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Red bell pepper – 1 Piece
  • Boiling water – 2 glasses
  • Spices for meat – To taste (your choice)
  • Vegetable oil – 50 grams

Directions

  1. Pre-wash the meat, after removing excess moisture. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onions into half rings.
  3. Chop the bell pepper arbitrarily. I still have pepper from summer preparations for the winter.
  4. Both fresh and frozen are suitable for the recipe.
  5. Fry the onions in a saucepan in vegetable oil.
  6. Then add the pepper and stir everything for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add meat to vegetables. Add spices to the meat immediately. Toss the meat with vegetables and spices.
  8. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Then pour boiling water into the pan to the meat. Stir. Simmer for 1.5 hours until the meat is perfectly tender.
