Beef Stewed in Coconut Milk

Ingredients
- Turmeric – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Beef – 500 Grams
- Pepper and Salt – 1 To taste
- Onion – 100 Grams
- Chili pepper – 0.5 Pieces
- Vegetable oil – 40 Milliliters
- Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
- Coconut Milk – 400 Milliliters
- Sesame – 1 To taste
Directions
- Cut the beef into small pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into strips, peel the pepper and cut it into strips. Fry chopped onions in vegetable oil in a frying pan
- Then add the meat here. Simmer for about forty to forty-five minutes on low heat with the lid on.
- Now let’s add milk here. Then add turmeric, ginger and chili. Pepper and salt.
- Mix everything well and simmer for about ten minutes.
- After the dish is ready, put it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
