Pork Stewed in Milk

I hasten to share my favorite recipe for cooking pork in milk. The recipe is successful and good in that the stew turns out to be tender and juicy as never before, and is prepared almost independently, without the participation of the hostess.

Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Pork (tenderloin) – 600 g
- Garlic – 3-4 teeth.
- Hops-suneli seasoning – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk – 0.5 l
- Vegetable oil – 50 g
Directions
- Cooking pork stewed in milk, we begin by chopping the garlic into slices.

Stir the salt with the hop-suneli seasoning.
We make small punctures in the meat with a knife. Rub the meat well with a mixture of salt and hop-suneli seasoning. -
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and add the garlic to the hot oil. Fry the garlic quickly, do not let it burn.
Put the meat on the garlic and fry it for 1 minute on one side and then on the other.
- Pour hot milk into the pan with meat. We reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid, slightly opening it, and leave the pork in milk to simmer for at least 2 hours. Turn the meat occasionally.
- Pork stewed in milk turns out to be tender and very aromatic.
