Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast pork
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon fat
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Rub the meat with salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary and grated clove of garlic. Heat the fat in a sufficiently large saucepan, sear the meat on all sides and fill up with milk.
  2. Add mushrooms and let the meat cook gently for about 2 hours. Remove the meat and cut into slices.
  3. Thicken the sauce with flour (mixed in a little water) and season with chopped herbs.
  4. Arrange the meat slices in the sauce.
