Ingredients

  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g beef, sliced from the hip
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 70 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Fry the meat in oil. Cut the onions into rings and add them. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them too. Then deglaze with wine and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the sour cream to the slices and stir. Season with mustard, cranberries, salt and pepper.
