  • 1 cup water
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot and place it in the hole attachment of the pressure cooker. Fill in the water at the bottom. If you like, you can add a little salt to the beetroot.
  2. Close the pressure cooker and let it steam up. After steaming up, let it boil for 20 minutes on level 2 - 3 and use the remaining heat a little.
  3. The cooked beetroot can be used to conjure up great salads or as a side dish for fish dishes. If you like, you can continue to use the cooking juice.
