  • 500 g savoy cabbae
  • 600 g potato (s), waxy
  • 350 g onion (s)
  • 600 g lamb
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the savoy cabbage, quarter it and cut into fine strips without the stalk. Peel and slice the potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into slices. Rinse the meat in cold water and cut into cubes.
  2. Layer everything in the pressure cooker, season with salt and pepper in between. Pour in the meat stock at the end. Bring everything to the boil in the pot, put the lid on and wait until steam comes in continuously for 1 minute. The highest locking on the handle, wait until the pin is completely out (2nd ring). Let boil for 10 minutes while holding the pen on the 2nd ring. Pull on a cold stove top to evaporate, open and stir.
