  • 400 g suar

  • 1 bag baking powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine a little, whip with the sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add and stir. Finally fold in the quark. It makes a very firm dough. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron in portions until the batter is used up.
  2. When baking, please portion the amount of dough well, as the dough rises through the baking powder. These delicious waffles are easy to bake in advance, freeze and quickly bake again.
