- 250 g feta cheese
- 200 g herbal cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon chives, dried
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ savory
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ lemongrass
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ thyme
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ dill
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ basil

- Wash and core the peppers and cut into small pieces. Cut the feta into small pieces.
- Put the cream cheese, paprika and feta in a tall mug, squeeze the garlic clove and chop with the hand blender. Add herbs and spices and stir in.

- Serve as a dip with grilled food or potato wedges. Eat as a spread on bread.
