- 200 g herb quark
- 3 tablespoon, heaped tartar sauce
- 1 can tuna
- 1 red pepper (s)

- Squeeze the liquid out of the tuna can and stir the tuna with the tartar sauce to a pulp. Then stir in the spring quark.
- Finally, cut the crispy peppers into thin strips.
- If you like, you can add a little more tartar sauce or add fresh spring onions or garlic. But I like it better without it.
