  • 150 g noodles, (Greek rice noodles)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 500 ml chicken broth, strong
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent, add the garlic and ginger and sweat briefly. Now put the rice noodles in the pot and also let them sweat briefly. Add the pepper cubes and deglaze with a little chicken stock. Now gradually pour in the broth. After 20 minutes, the pasta is done, now season well with paprika and salt and stir a tablespoon of sour cream into the pasta sotto.
  3. We eat chicken breast with it.
