  • 500g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 375 g butter
  • 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream, thick
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • Sugar (hail sugar) for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, butter, sour cream and salt. Chill it for 1 hour.
  2. Then roll out ½ cm thick and cut out round cookies or rings. Place on a baking sheet. Whisk egg yolks with milk and then brush with them. Finally, sprinkle thickly with the sugar.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
