Ingredients

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla, for cooking

Instructions

  1. For the base, mix the dumpling mixture with an egg and the sour cream and place on a greased stove top with a high rim, smooth out.
  2. Separate 4 eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolk, sour cream, custard powder and sugar and fold in the egg white. Pour the topping on the dumpling mass and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
