  • 12 tablespoon flour
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Butter, for frying
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, flour, vanilla sugar and egg yolk with a tablespoon to form a dough.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Then put the dough in the pan with a tablespoon and flatten it a little with the spoon.
  3. Fry until golden on both sides over medium heat.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and eat.
