Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (preferably penne or short macaroni)
- 2 onions)
- 1 can corn
- 3 bell peppers, green, red, yellow
- Salt and pepper, sweet paprika, nutmeg
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g cheese (Gouda, Edam), rated
- some butter or margarine

- Cooking pasta. Dice the onions. Wash the peppers and cut into pieces.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan or pan. Fry the onions first, then the peppers. Add the corn and heat briefly. Season with a little salt and pepper. Take out. Put the cream and sour cream in the saucepan and season well with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
- Put the pasta and vegetables in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at approx. 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
- Tip: Instead of corn, add some cooked ham in cubes.
