Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 egg whites
  • 50 grams sugar

Bibilekas – Mousse

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark in a bowl and mix with the vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Whip the cream until stiff and pull in. Beat the egg white with the sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Then line a sieve with a clean cloth and pour in the curd foam. Store in a cool place for 24 hours.
  2. Arrange the next day on a platter and pour the vanilla sauce over them.
