  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First rub the quark through a fine sieve. This makes it looser and makes the Bibliskäs nice and creamy. Then whip the cream and fold into the quark.
  2. Finely chop the onion and chives and mix in. The amount of chives and onions is a matter of taste.
  3. Finally, season with salt and pepper. This fits e.g., Fried potatoes from Baden.
