  • 400 g radish (s), black
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 roll, stale
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup fat or oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Soak the bun in warm water. Peel and grate the radish and potatoes. Mix the eggs and the squeezed out roll into the vegetables. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg and add the parsley. If necessary, add a little more breadcrumbs so that you can shape the patties well.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan, then bake the patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. When taking out, drain well and dab with kitchen paper.
  3. The first patties can be kept warm in the oven at 50 ° C until the last ones are ready. A colorful salad goes very well with it.
