Blackberry Muffins

Delicious blackberry muffins are quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen blackberries – 120 g
- Milk – 125 g
- Sour cream – 125 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Butter (melted) – 60 g
- Flour – 300 g
- Sugar – 150 g
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoon.
- Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line 12 muffin molds with paper rosettes.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, milk, eggs, butter and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to this mixture, and then berries, mix well.
- Put the dough into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full. Place in a preheated oven, bake muffins for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
