Ingredients

  • 50 g blue cheese, stroner (e.. Roquefort)
  • 50 g blue cheese, milder (e.. Bavaria or Costella Blue)
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 10 slice / s baguette (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid

Instructions

  1. Cut both types of cheese into small pieces, place in a bowl with the crème fraîche and mix with the mixer.
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and roast them until golden brown on both sides under the grill of the oven. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with the cheese mixture and drizzle with honey.
  4. Tastes warm and cold.
