Ingredients

For the syrup:

100 g blueberries
100 ml water
100 g suar
4 sprigs mint

For the cocktail:

For decoration:

1 sprig mint

Instructions

First prepare the syrup, put the blueberries with the water, sugar and mint in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then boil everything for another five minutes and then let it cool down.
Now the bourbon whiskey is put into the shaker with the honey and stirred until the honey has dissolved.
Then fill the shaker with ice and add the mint, lemon juice and blueberry syrup, shake everything. Now put crushed ice in a long drink glass and strain everything in it. Then stir with a bar spoon.
Now add more crushed ice, fill the cup to the brim and stir. Garnish everything with a sprig of mint.
