- 200 g butter
- 170 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 500 g blueberries, fresh

- Beat the butter until foamy, mix with salt and sugar, gradually add the eggs. Mix the baking powder with the flour and pudding powder and stir into the dough spoon by spoon, possibly stir in a few spoons of milk. Roll the blueberries in 2 tablespoons of flour and very carefully fold them briefly into the dough.
- Put the dough in a buttered baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 150 ° C fan oven.
