- 200 g flour, sifted
- 50 ml sparkling mineral water
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 handful blueberries
- Fat for frying

- First separate the eggs. Then beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat the egg yolks until frothy. Put both aside. Mix the sifted flour and the brown sugar (white is also possible), stir in the milk and mineral water.
- Then mix in the whipped egg yolks. Then carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Finally chop the berries roughly and add them.
- Then bake the dough over medium heat, tablespoon at a time in a coated, lightly greased pan. About 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
