  • 500g flour
  • 300 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 cube yeast
  • plum (noun)
  • cinnamon
  • butter, liquid
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Put part of the flour in a bowl, add salt, mix. Mix the yeast with the milk and add. Mix well with the rest of the milk. Add the rest of the flour and then the beaten eggs.
  2. Knead the dough by hand until it comes off your fingers and bubbles. Let rise warm. Flour pieces of dough and wrap a plum in each.
  3. Put in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and pour plenty of hot butter over it.
