Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoon raisins, (without seeds)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 5 m apples, roughly grated or chopped - without skin
- 4 tablespoon nuts, (doesn`t matter) - roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 egg (s), lightly beaten
- 0.5 ½ cup milk

- Let the margarine melt over low heat.
- Add the flour, sugar, raisins, salt, nuts, cinnamon, baking powder, melted margarine, beaten eggs and milk to the roughly grated apples.
- Stir everything together and put the mixture in a greased loaf pan - bake.
- Baking time approx. 30 - 40 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees.
- You can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar afterwards or cover it with another topping (e.g. chocolate).
